Shipping and Refund Policy

 

All orders will be shipped internationally and on average take 2-3 weeks to arrive. Please allow up to one week after placing an order to obtain tracking information. We offer domestic shipping for certain products depending on stock. Please contact us via email to inquire about possible delivery options for the items in stock domestically.

We will be happy to offer a reship if the courier loses the package in transit (confirmed via tracking).

However, we cannot offer free reships or refunds in the following cases:

Package returned to sender due to customer error:
Incorrect or Incomplete Address, missing apartment/suite/unit number, typos or wrong ZIP code.

Undeliverable:
The address doesn’t exist, is incorrect, unavailable, inaccessible, or violates formatting rules.

Addressee unknown:
No one by that name lives at the address and the carrier or resident marks it as such.

Refused packages:
Customer refused delivery for any reason

Unclaimed:
The package wasn’t picked up within the holding period (usually 15 days at the post office).
